About Web Envy 360

We help multi-location businesses turn local customer moments into coordinated growth.

Growth becomes more useful when every team can see the same customer journey.

Web Envy 360 was built around a simple belief: customers experience brands locally, but teams need a connected system to improve those experiences at scale.

We design technology around practical workflows: clear signals, responsible automation, direct ownership, and measurable progress.

Our origin

Built from the frustration of invisible excellence.

In 2019, after watching his family’s restaurant chain struggle to compete against better-marketed businesses, founder Marcus Chen saw how difficult it was for strong local operators to manage digital presence at scale.

“The best pizza in Chicago shouldn’t be buried on page three of Google just because they don’t have an enterprise marketing team.”

Working with technical co-founder Sarah Patel, he built Web Envy 360 around one belief: every location deserves to be found, trusted, and chosen.
